Service Description

I am so excited to be offering Parent Coaching sessions online via a video conference call. If you would like to get "together" to talk through something that is coming up for your family, then I would love to hear from you. Parenting young children is immensely challenging, particularly for parents who are dedicated to being the very best parents they can be to their little ones. I know how invaluable support can be to parents, and it is an absolute privilege to be able to walk alongside you on your parenting journey. Supporting you to invest in yourself, your children, and your family. - I ask all new clients to book a 15 minute Discovery Call before booking a Parent Coaching Session. This allows us both to get to know each other before working together(You can purchase a Discovery Call under services). - Online Appointments are available on Saturdays and Sundays but my availability changes depending on my family's needs. Please select a time that works for you and I will be in touch. If weekends don't work for you just reach out to Parent coaching sessions last 45 minutes. They provide a unique opportunity for us to discuss, in detail, the specifics of your family situation. I will offer support and information that will help guide you to make parenting decisions that align with your family values. I hope to support you to feel confident in your decision to parent from a place of connection, to nurture your child's neurodevelopment while navigating the unique challenges of infancy and early childhood. I have supported parents on topics including: - New parent support during the first year with your baby - Supporting sleep holistically - Parenting in ways that align with your unique parenting values, responding rather than reacting to our children (self-regulation). - Parenting in a way that nurtures connection in your relationship with your child - Supporting transitions (including new siblings, starting daycare/nursery etc.) - Understanding and navigating developmentally appropriate behaviour - Supporting children who feel things very deeply (Co-regulation). Changes in your relationship with your child can be made from today. There is so much time left from here. Kimberley xx Disclaimer: Please note that parent coaching sessions should not be considered as therapy or assessment for either the parent or the child.
