If you would like to get "together" to talk through something that is coming up for your family then I would love to hear from you. Parent coaching sessions last 45 minutes. They provide a unique opportunity for us to discuss, in detail, the specifics of your family situation. I will offer support and information that will help guide you to make parenting decisions that align with your family values. I hope to support you to feel confident in your decision to parent from a place of connection, to nurture your child's neurodevelopment while navigating the unique challenges of infancy and early childhood. I have supported parents on topics including: - new parent support - supporting sleep holistically - parenting in ways that align with your unique parenting values, responding rather than reacting to our children - parenting in a way that nurtures connection in your relationship with your child - supporting transitions (including new siblings, starting daycare/nursery etc.) - understanding and navigating developmentally appropriate behaviour - working with your child’s “big feelings” and setting loving-limits around behaviour Changes in your relationship with your child can be made from today. There is so much time left from here. Kimberley xx Disclaimer: Please note that parent coaching sessions should not be considered as therapy or assessment for either the parent or the child.
