New clients book a discovery call initially to allow us to explore the areas where you would like support. Then we meet for a 45 minute Coaching Session where we can really go deep!

Discovery Call

Deciding to work with a parent coach is a big decision. I want us both to be sure that I am the right person for you to be engaging with. I ask that all new clients book a Discovery Call initially. The Discovery Call is an initial "meeting" (online) where I will ask initial information gathering questions so that I have a detailed understanding of the areas within which you would like support.
Having a Discovery Call before our parent coaching session provides me with the valuable opportunity to reflect on our conversation and formulate about the best way to uniquely support you and your family before we enage in any lengthier sessions together. Clients have been very positive about this arrangement as it helps ensure that our follow-up Parent Coaching is the best possible use of our time together.

Parenting young children is immensely challenging, particularly for parents who are dedicated to being the very best parents they can be to their little ones. I know how invaluable support can be to parents, and it is an absolute privilege to be able to walk alongside you on your parenting journey. Supporting you to invest in yourself, your children, and your family.
Parent coaching sessions last 45 minutes. They provide a unique opportunity for us to discuss, in detail, the specifics of your family situation. I will offer individualised support and information that will help guide you to make parenting decisions that align with your family values. I hope to support you to feel confident in your decision to parent from a place of connection, to nurture your child's neurodevelopment while navigating the unique challenges of infancy and early childhood.
